Every copper powder grade we supply
Each grade has its own specification page with impurity limits, analytical methods, handling and packaging. Tell us the grade you need, or describe your process and we will propose the right one.
| Grade | Typical use |
|---|---|
| 99% (2N) | Friction materials, brazing pastes, bulk metallurgy |
| 99.9% (3N) | Powder metallurgy, conductive fillers, MIM |
| 99.99% (4N) | Additive manufacturing, conductive inks |
| 99.999% (5N) | Sputtering targets, electroplating chemistry |
| 99.9999% (6N) | Semiconductor interconnect, ultra-high purity PVD |

High-security bonded storage — Zurich Airport
Stock is held in high-security warehouses inside the free-trade zone at Zurich Airport, under customs supervision and monitored by dedicated security personnel. No import duties or VAT are charged while material stays in bond, access can be arranged by appointment, and quantities are not a constraint.
Logistics — air, sea, land and express
Located directly at the airport, stock is checked in and dispatched quickly. Air freight, overseas shipping, land transport and express deliveries are organised in-house, and container or palletised cargo is handled on site without unnecessary steps.
Documentation
Every lot ships with a certificate of analysis. Full ICP-MS trace analysis, GDMS scans for 5N and above, oxygen determination, particle size distribution, safety data sheets and customs documents are provided with your shipment.
Packaging and quantities
Argon-blanketed jars and bottles for qualification volumes, sealed pails and drums for production, on request under inert atmosphere or vacuum-sealed foil for oxygen-sensitive grades. Recurring call-off quantities can be reserved in bond.
How we work
- You send a written inquiry with grade, quantity and application.
- A specialist checks availability in bond and replies in writing with specification and documentation.
- You confirm; we prepare documents, packaging and the shipping route that suits your customs situation.
Frequently asked questions
- What is the smallest quantity you supply?
- A qualification quantity of a few hundred grams for lab and process trials, scaling to pallet and tonnage volumes on the same specification.
- Do I pay import duties or VAT?
- Not while the material remains in bonded storage. Duties and VAT become due only when goods are cleared into free circulation in the destination country, so the customs position depends on your delivery terms.
- Which analysis do you provide?
- ICP-OES and oxygen determination below 4N; ICP-MS and LECO combustion analysis from 4N; GDMS scans from 5N. Particle size distribution and apparent density are reported on request.
- Can you match an existing specification?
- Yes. Send your internal specification or a competitor datasheet and we will confirm in writing whether stock or a production lot matches it.
- Can I call you?
- We work in writing only. It keeps grades, quantities and commitments documented for both sides, and a specialist normally replies within one business day.
- Where do you ship?
- Worldwide from Zurich, by air, sea, road or express, including dangerous-goods-compliant packaging where a fine powder grade requires it.
